With the Commonwealth Games being hosted on the Gold Coast from 4-15 April 2018, road closures and high density traffic are anticipated for up to a week before the games and up to a week after.
Due to this, our local couriers have advised us of potential delays for all local, national and international deliveries. They will make adjustments to the pick up and delivery schedules to better accommodate for the workflow and traffic, but we recommend that you allow for up to a day delay on delivery times. Please also add receiver contact numbers to all deliveries, allowing couriers to make contact where required.
We do not anticipate any delays in our manufacturing time (Estimated Dispatch Dates) unless there is unforeseen circumstances. However, we would suggest to build in a days buffer on delivery with your chosen courier to avoid disappointment during this period.
