Price We know that price plays a big factor in any successful business, so as your partner in print, we're committed to ensuring our prices are competitive across our entire range. You can have the confidence knowing that with any existing product or new product release, we've researched the market (involving a lot of late nights and coffees turned cold) to offer our partners a competitive standpoint. We will continue to monitor the market and make adjustments accordingly. If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, please don't be frightened to let us know. If we can beat it, we will.
Quality We pride ourselves on our reputation for producing high quality products. We choose to be iSO certified for colour management every 6 months (and boy does that come around quickly) to ensure we can produce high quality and consistent colour accuracy for you.
Range We know it's way easier if you can get everything from the one supplier (can I get an Amen?). So we've committed ourselves to continually expanding our range of products and stocks so that you'll still be able to receive competitive pricing, quick turn arounds and high quality print no matter the printing need. With over 100 stock options in our business card range alone, we can ensure that you never have to say 'no' to a client again.
Service As business partners, we understand the need for responsive and friendly customer service. Yes we're a business but we're also people too and so to help our partners, we give each and every one of our clients a dedicated account manager. Someone who will be able to quickly address any queries or concerns but also someone who'll listen when you're just having a crappy day (don't worry we have them ourselves too).
Turnaround It's just the nature of the business that clients always want things last minute. (Hey, we get it, it's super hard to be organized) And if heaven forbid they don't need it last minute then they always want it cheaper. Our 'flexi-dates' allow you to speed up a job, or save some money by waiting a little longer. We're committed to continuing quick and reliable turn arounds across our entire product range to give you the flexibility you need to keep your customers happy.
