Here at IBS we're making a few changes to provide a better service to our customers. Our first big change, has been with our packaging and we'd like to apologize for not letting you know in advance. We've recognized that unless you know of our changes before we make them, you can't relay them to your customers in time, and so we will be informing you in the future before further changes are made. For the past 20 years we've provided a premium product and service, however our old business card boxes weren't up to the same standard, being too flimsy to support our product, splitting over time and easily damaged once delivered to the end user. To solve this problem for our customers, we put our heads together over the past 6 months to come up with a box that's not only 3 x stronger, but provides extra protection for the cards inside, and lasts the average duration of the business card order (6-12 months). We feel that these new boxes have finally brought our packaging up to the premium standards we pride our business on. We've also now added clear banding to each 260 lot of business cards. As these bands will only need to be removed at the pace that the cards are being used, it will keep the cards protected for the duration of the order as if they were fresh off the press. After sending out our initial trial of boxes, we've listened to your feedback and made a few changes for the better.
As of today, all business card boxes will be sent in a blank weather proof satchel, and larger orders in corrugated boxes, to eliminate the chance of the card boxes arriving dirty, wet or damaged. These new bags mean that the delivery label will now appear on the delivery satchel and not the business card boxes themselves, allowing you to give your customer a clean, crisp, premium box of cards. To completely remove any tape from the business card boxes, we'll also be adding in a new die cut window to easily display the cards in each box. (Our personal favourite & will be coming once we run out of our existing boxes) Some feedback we received was that our boxes for 1000 business cards were too big to transport daily. To help overcome this issue we've decided that for a limited time, we'll be sending out FREE unbranded white plastic business card holders in all orders of 1000 cards or more. Holding approximately 20, 420gsm business cards, they fit right into your pocket and alleviate this problem.
